Yes, this might be strange, but if you’re a fan of green tea and garlic you’ll definitely love this drink. I was looking into drinks that could help with weight loss and I always stumbled across green tea. Research outlets say that this helps lose water weight and from what I’ve read, garlic has countless health benefits… and so I gave it a whirl. Turns out it did make me feel better while drinking it and it it provides caffeine, a great substitute for coffee. I have now been sticking with this drink for quite some time and now it’s time to share and I’m seeing a difference.

If you don’t know how to cook or make a drink… this is by far the easiest recipe. All you do is boil water and crush some garlic. I’m not trying to pull a fast one here, but try it out before you bash it.

Cook Time: 4 min

Yield: 1

  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Green Tea Bag
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
  • 1 tsp Honey

Boil a cup of water. Once boiled, fill a cup with the water and add tea bag. Add in the 2 cloves of garlic, smashed to leash out all of the flavors, the lemon wedge, and tsp of honey. Stir in Honey. Allow mixture to steep for 4 minutes. Enjoy!

To say it shortly: Boil water, add ingredients, enjoy.

This is a super simple recipe… and not to mention… it helps you stay warm on a cold and frosty day.

Or you can skip boiling the water and add ice cubes to make it a cold tea and drink this on a hot day.
