Alright I know what you might be thinking… scrambled eggs? Yes. Because there is a recipe for it. Now, I’m not going to go into a lot of detail or write up a lengthy article about it. It’s simple. Eggs are full of protein and are just simply delicious.

As I’m sure you’re aware there are many different varieties on how to cook an egg. Whether it’s scrambled, sunny-side up, or hard boiled. Each way is just as good. So you better like eggs.

Cook Time: 2 Min

Prep Time: 2 Min

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Ground Black Pepper

Turn stove on to medium heat. Spray on some non-stick spray. Once the pan is heated. Crack the eggs open into the pan, be sure to not get any shells in the pan. At this point it will look like sunny-side up. Now, quickly sprinkle the salt and pepper and take a spatula and mix the eggs around or until fully cooked. It should no longer look gooey. Remove from heat.

It is very important to not overcook your eggs. If the pan is on the right temperature setting it will cook fast and you’ll prevent all burning. In total, once the eggs are cracked and onto the pan the whole process will only take a total 1 min. Now, for me I like to eat my eggs immediately just because I think they taste better right when they are fresh off of the press. Enjoy!
